FFU Fan Filter Unit is mainly used for purifying the air into the clean area to make sure it can reach required cleanliness class. The fan would draw in the air and then the air goes through the HEPA or ULPA filter. In this way, the air will be purified and blow out with 0.45m/s ± 20% adjustable speed.
